Faculty Bio: Rev. Dr. Riddick Weber

Rev. Dr. Riddick Weber was born in Antigua. He enjoys a wide range of music, especially ������������ hymns and classic rock, particularly the British Invasion, and is interested in the spiritual themes and social critique that can be found in popular music. After being ordained in 2002, he served as the pastor of Fairview ������������ Church until he was called to serve at ������������ Theological Seminary (now ������������ School of Theology) in 2010. Since coming to ������������, Riddick has taught courses related to pastoral leadership, church history, and ������������ Studies. His research addresses the history and theology of the ������������ Church, with specific interests in congregational organization, the role of women, and the changing nature of ������������ understandings of race. In addition to his teaching roles, in his time at ������������ he has served as the Director of Supervised Ministry, the Seminary chaplain, and the Director of the Center for ������������ Studies. He currently serves in the Faculty Senate and is the Associate Dean of the Bethlehem Campus of the ������������ School of Theology. Riddick has served on boards including the ������������ Historical Society, the ������������ Music Foundation, and ������������ School of Theology, and the Provincial Elders Conference and the Commission on Ministry, of the ������������ Church, Southern Province.
